Return Policy
At Love Ovah Hate, each item is made to order through our trusted production partners (Printful, Printify, and Subliminator). Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please review the size charts carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Replacements
We only offer replacements in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
If any of these issues apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We’ll work with our production partners to resolve the issue.
Cancellations & Modifications
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after ordering.
Refunds
Since all items are printed on demand, we do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing your request.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to courier issues. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
