How are your products made?
All our designs are created in-house and printed through trusted third-party platforms like Printful, Printify, and Subliminator. These partners handle production and shipping, ensuring high-quality prints on every item.
Where do you ship?
Our production partners ship worldwide! However, shipping times and availability may vary depending on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the production partner and your location. On average:
- U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 5-10 business days after production.
- International Orders: Can take 10-20 business days, depending on customs and carrier services.
Since each item is made to order, production times may take a few days before shipping begins.
What is your return policy?
Since we work with Printful, Printify, and Subliminator, our return policies follow their guidelines:
- Returns and exchanges are typically only accepted for misprints, defects, or incorrect items received.
- We do not accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size charts before placing your order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast production. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
